Ordering Information
Moon & Meadow is a home bakery operating under North Dakota Cottage Food Law. I operate on an order-and-pickup basis, which means I don't maintain a retail storefront or keep finished products available for immediate purchase. Orders are scheduled into my weekly production calendar to ensure each one receives the attention it deserves.
1. Submit Your Order Request
Browse the menu and select your flavors, quantities, and design options. Adding items to your cart submits an order request—it does not automatically reserve your date. Order requests are due by Monday at 3:00 pm for pick up the following Thursday or Saturday at 5:00 pm
2. Order Review
I personally review each request based on my production schedule. You'll receive a response by Monday at 5:00 PM letting you know whether or not your order has been accepted.
3. Deposit
Once your order is accepted, a 50% non-refundable deposit is charged to reserve your production date.
4. Pickup
Your treats will be completed for your scheduled pickup date. You may request Thursday or Saturday pickup at 5:00 PM. Pickup details and the pickup location will be provided once your order has been accepted. The remaining balance for your treats is due at pickup.

Orders are not confirmed until they have been been accepted and your deposit has been processed.
As required by North Dakota cottage food law, products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection.
